Our pack trips travel through an isolated mountain range in the center of the Wyoming Rockies: a place that few people have seen.
Enjoy majestic scenery, fish mountain lakes for cutthroat and brook trout, and eat healthy western campfire meals under our big sky.
Experienced guides/packers will fit you to a horse and teach you how to ride in the mountains.
Big Game hunting is offered for Elk, Moose, Big Horn Sheep, Mountain Lion, Prong-horn Antelope, and Black Bear hunting for the rifle,black powder or archery hunting.

This trip follows the historic Lander Cut-off of the Oregon Trail from Big Piney to laBarge
Meadows. From there an 11 mile horseback ride takes you along Poker Creek to beautiful
Lake Alice in the Wyoming Range of the Bridger-Teton National Forest. (This ride takes about 4 hours and gear is transported by pack mule.) Moose, elk and deer are often seen along the way Eagles and osprey are seen on the lake. Tucked away in a cove along the shore is a compete tent camp. At Lake Alice we offer excellent cutthroat trout fishing from rubber rafts, float tubes or from the bank. From camp we take day rides along scenic mountain trails, observing and photographing wildlife. Overnight trips can be taken to see additional countryside. You can hike, boat, read or just kick back and relax! This experience provides more horseback riding opportunities without moving camp and is excellent for fishermen. It offers an array of activities that provide a memorable adventure for families and friends. Trips run from mid-June through September. This tnp offers heated wall tents with cots and foam pads for sleeping, a bath tent, and saddlehorses.
This is a complete tent camp nestled in a beautiful pine valley with a stream, mountain meadows, beaver ponds and an abundance of wildlife. From camp we take day trail rides into the mountains to observe and film wildlife, wildflowers and incredible scenery. We may possible venture out on a overnight pack trip. A variety of stream fishing is available as well as float fishing on the famous Green River. Cookouts, games for children and bonfires enchant the evenings under the .stars. This experience gives you a chance to get acquainted with the horses and mountains and offers a variety of outdoor activities It does not involve long, strenuous horse riding. This adventure provides you with a true wilderness experience. This trip runs from mid-June through September.
Picture yourself traveling through the rugged and secluded Wyoming mountain ranges of the Bridger-Teton National forest, like mountain man Jim Bridger, with all your belongings hauled by pack mule and moving to new horizons every 2-3 days. Food, gear and everything else is packed and moved from one camp to the next. During this adventure we travel the high country, much of which is above timber-line. We specialize in seeking out and viewing wildlife such as elk, deer,mountain sheep, moose, coyotes and spectacular scenery. Little fishing is offered on this trip, however some can be scheduled along the way. This adventure is a roving pack trip which involves more time riding and setting up camps, and less leisure time (It is indeed very challenging.) This trip runs from luly though September
